Scam Description
John arrived to do painting job and looked at paint I had and said it wouldnt work so he had to go to home depot to pick up white flat ceiling paint. Gave him money and he left. He returned and I seen no cans of paint in his hands or his helpers hands. He told me it was Glidden paint. I asked for receipt and he said it was in truck. Then he asked his helper where receipt was and he didnt know then John said must have blown out window. I looked at his paint can and it was old paint probably from a previous job. At the end of job I went to pay him and owed him 300.00. He asked for 350.00. I called him out on his scam with the paint and he put his head down and walked out. Also he never put in new stopper drain in my bathroom sink. Sloppy painting as splatter on ceiling vent, peices of roller stuck on celing and then he shakes out his drop cloth in bedroom and dust flying everywhere.
