Scam Description
He came out, gave me an estimate of $3000 and one and 1500 upfront. I gave him 1500 upfront in cash app. He waited two weeks to come back to due to work then when he did done work, he only did half of the work and said he was done Then requested money from my wife when I got in town and looked at the job he came back in looked at it said he would turn down and refix it in person. Then when he left, he called me and said he had to charge me more money for something that he messed up This guy is a scam without permits
