Scam Description
We had a sprinkler leak. Called Alex with Go Green Landscaping (Answers as Go Green Services.) Stated he is licensed and offers a 6 month warrenty on parts and labor. Came out and found a broken pipe, which was replaced. The next day my leak was still present. I called him back to see if he can look into it again. Said yes, I’ll be back on Wednesday as he serves the area I live in that day. No show, so sent a text and he said I’ll be there on Saturday. No show. Called on Monday and he apologized saying he forgot. Fine, said he’d come back on Wednesday. I called around 4:30, said he was finishing a job and headed to my house. No show, wouldn’t answer. But answered another number he didn’t know. Tried saying he’s not trying to blow me off, but quite literally doing exactly that. He won’t answer calls or texts and stole $324. Do not use this company
