Scam Description
I was called multiple times from a company whose ID showed up as Medicareplan.com. I am disabled and have a hard time hearing, and the first person who called me very rudely asked me if I was deaf when I asked them to identify themselves. I was called at least two more times by other representatives from the same company and when I asked for a supervisor, I was either disconnected or someone just hung up on me. When I finally did connect to a supervisor, once again I ended up disconnected after I tried to file a complaint.
