Scammer spoofed social security disability and personal drs office phone numbers. Has been harassing elderly neighbor daily, sent back brace and charging to medicare without consent. Insists neighbor should destroy box items were delivered in. Has used several different spoofed phone numbers and calls multiple times daily.
