Scam Description
They made a false claim to Medicare and our insurance company for Intermittent urinary catheters, with insertion supplies for 3 months July, August and September of 2023. It appears they have accessed my wife’s Medicare number. The fraud was identified on the December 8, 2023 Medicate Summary Notice for Part B (Medical Insurance).
