Scam Description
Received phone call from a private number on my caller ID, and the caller said they are with Social Security. They said I would get an $195.00 increase and they would send me a paper stating that. I did not give them my information although they had my name, phone number and address. I ended the call because I know that Social Security would not make calls like this and they would not ask for my personal information.
