I received a threatening, backdated letter on suspicious, black and white, photocopied stationary from an entity claiming to be the ‘United States Business Regulations Department’ nedemanding that I fulfill a federal filing requirement or face penalties of $500 a day or a fine of 10k or two years of prison. The website it directed me to would not load.
