Scam Description
I google apply for passport renewal. took me to site listed in complaint. Filled out the form with all my personal information and SS# and downloaded the completed applicaton with USPS tracking number ********************* prepaid label. Ship to National passport Processing Center, PO Box 90155, Philadelphia PA 19190-0155. I realized this was a scam by the address. Then realized I now need to lock down my personal information.
