Very misleading letter, made to look like it’s from the bank that has our mortgage. As prominent customer ID expiration date and a barcode at the top. In tiny type at the bottom it says “not all consumers have previous coverage superior home protection is not affiliated with your current mortgage holder.” They do everything possible to fool you into thinking that The bank that holds your mortgage needs you to renew your home insurance, and then tiny disclaimer. Misleading advertising
