Scam Description
As another person said, they contacted me via text message and then Zoom. The messages seemed stilted and not like native English speakers would use. They said they can’t have a video chat and would just use Zoom’s IM feature. They sent a link to the “company website” that contained errors and not as much real information as most professional corp websites would have. Finally, they sent like 15 questions (ones that would require a detailed response, like ‘what type of jobs have you had?’ and ‘how did you get your previous jobs?’ At the end they ask “what banks do you operate with to know if it tallies with the company’s official banks?” –this makes no sense. At this point I dropped the “interview” because I’m not going to play into their hopes that I’ll sink more time into this fake process.
