Scam Description
I was contacted via email for a Remote Data Entry position. A recruiter, Roriann Smith
roriann@jasperstherapeuticscareers.com, had been emailing me back and forth about the job. I completed interview questions online via Google Docs and Microsoft Word. I then received an offer letter. I also received a check for the amount of $4,299, to cover home office set up. I’d had suspicions from the beginning, but the check was the biggest red flag.
