Scam Description

I received a text message from a Kel about a data entry position. Which was weird because I never submitted an application ro medallion ( but was looking for a data entry job) and said to contact Ema White via Teams. Contacted Ema. Briefing and interview was a messaging back and forth thing. She asked me who I banked with. Received an offer letter from a Melody Wilson. I looked her up on LinkedIn and saw that she actually did work for Medallion and didn’t think nothing bad about it. What got is that they said they would be sending me a check to cash it and to buy the equipment. At one of their accreditors only.
