Scam Description
I received a text telling me about the position and that for an interview I need to download and use Wire. There was an “interview” which was just a few simple questions and then they said I was hired. They said that I would be receiving a check from them to purchase things I will need to get set up. At this point things seemed less legitimate to me. I also noticed several spelling and grammar errors in their communications as well as less than professional looking forms. I started to look for evidence of scams that were similar and here we are.
