Scam Description
Mr. Jacob Williams contacted me via Zoom, he said he was from YU Group PLC and had seen my resume on hiring websites, which I am on, and asked me about 20 questions about different jobs, and I told him that I was interested in Data Entry or customer service rep, after answering the questions he said he needed to send to the board of directors and it was a remote, work from home position, and was going to send me a starting check to buy software because I can’t use my own equipment and I was to open a wells Fargo Bank Account tomorrow and DM him at 10 a.m. after checking in at 8 a.m. and being the first to say good morning to him and training was $25.00 hour and $43.00 an hour after that, I have all the text messages on my phone from Zoom if you need them. I am not sure how to bring the texts from my phone to my computer which I am on now.
