Scam Description
I recieved a call from a man Named Seth Rodgers stating that they had sent me documents to mitigate a law suit over a payday lone from 10years ago. I have never had a payday loan title loan or anything of the sort. Not only was the debt fictitious but the gentleman was very rude. He stated that i had filed for bankruptcy which i have never done. This company is a scam and or at best works with scam companies to perpitrate scams. Also they never mentioned the name of the company this fictitious loan came from.
