Scam Description
These people had my SSN, former addresses, current vehicle info, current address and said how well my credit is looking, but that there is suit filed against me for an overdraft with an amount. I called that bank, no record of me. I called the courthouse, no suits filed. They said they’d see me in court after I told them the research I did.
