Scam Description
Scammer called saying they were with “Student Services” because my son had requested additional preparation materials (which he had not). I paid by credit card and they said they would send a CD. I said I don’t have a means of playing a CD because people stopped using those 15 years ago. They agreed to send a flash drive. They sent a CD anyway. I sent it back a few weeks later and still have not received a refund. Made multiple phone calls and missed them each time. They only have an answering machine. They called back and I missed them. They still haven’t refunded me despite confirmation they received the materials back. I disputed with my CC company.
