Scam Description

About a month or so ago I was a victim of a scam and gave the scammer my banking info which I do regret so I decided to change my password twice and thought I was done with it. Fast forward to today when I received a phone call from my credit union informing me that there has been unusual activity on my account and was accused of fraud and told that my account would be frozen and then after two weeks my would be closed and they send me a check for the balance. So I went to my credit union and got a printout of all the transactions and I’m very lucky enough to have kept receipts and remembered a lot of the places where I spent my money as well as what I purchased. So upon the advice of my credit union, I went and filed a police report as well as the credit union. I have reached out to Coinbase many times and as soon as I am done I just get the generic “Thank you for the email and we are working on fixing your issue.” or something to that effect and nothing else.
