Scam Description
The scammer wanted my credit card # and promised he would lower my interest rate. The name that showed up on caller id was Justin Grabko, which was not the name of the caller when i asked his name. Also he first said he was from Chase, then changed to Capital One. I called Capital One and the representative said they do not call customers with offers. They email or mail them. So I knew this was a scam.
