Scam Description
Received 4 unwanted / never ordered COVID-19 test kits. I have no idea who these people are, and no knowledge of this company.
Note in envelope indicates to call (281) 962-4083 or email them to opt out of a program. I never enrolled in nor do i have any idea what program they are talking about. I received my Medicare Summary Notice in May. I noticed this company billed my Medicare in April for $96.00 for the test kits. I immediately notified Medicare and reported a Fraud. Medicare told me they are aware of this fraud / scam, as I am not the first to report this. They will handle the situation and I am not to have any contact with the company.
