Scam Description
I buy Clark’s shoes so when I saw what I thought was their ad on FAebook and game ads, I bought 4 pairs at a very low price. The shoes turned out to be fake, smelly (glue) knockoffs. The image of the shoes they were supposed to send looked like good quality half boots in 4 different colors. What I got was 4 pairs of black shoes with 4 different colored soles. I asked Paypal to not pay them. I emailed Jessica a customer service rep, for an address to send the shoes back (the smell made me sick). They sent 2 of the 4 weeks ago. I just got the remaining 2 yesterday 1/30/24. Jessica offered 20% refund. I refused. Then 30% refund. I refused. They never sent me their address to send back the shoes, probably so they could say they did their part in the transaction. The 4 pairs are still ready to be sent back, never worn, God forbid. I accused them of fraud. If they can give back 30%, they can give me back 100% of my money and an address to send them back.
