Scam Description
Item was Miqiko portable heater. Was advertised as a portable kinetic molecular heater with usb and solar charging abilities. Says its made in USA and ships from California. This was ordered on 10-30-23 and was not received until 12-1-23. Tracking showed it came from China. The return address on package was to a Walmart store with the pharmacist’s name from that store in Rosemead, CA. Item was a non working plastic air freshener type gadget. It looked like the item purchased but did not perform or have charging capabilities as advertised. Used their 24/7 customer service which was nothing more than an email address. service@jinatix.com. We also received email from this address service@precedignity.com. They took a long time to respond but finally did and wanted pictures of item, the packaging, envelope it came in and invoice, which we sent. They eventually responded with two options for refunds. 1. We give you 30% compensation, you can keep the product without sending it back to us.
2. We provide you with the return address, you send the product back to our address, and we will give you a full refund after receiving the product,and the cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Please note that the product must also be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Warm tip: Please do not send the item back to the address on the package. The address on the package is not our return address, do not send the package to that address or we will not be liable for any loss.

I asked for the return address to ship item back for a full refund several times via email and have not received a response. I then requested the 30% refund and they responded asking for a receipt. That’s where I am now with the process.
