Scam Description
This LLC is the same name that I’ve encountered on two separate occasions from scammers online offering to make digital art.
The first time I bit the bait for $30 to test the waters and give benefit of the doubt. Only to not receive the product I had paid for and communicated to receive.
The second time I found them was from my friend scrolling Facebook with a person advertising art sales and the art was a piece of my art and original character that I had paid another artist for who had stolen the artwork. I talked to my artist who originally made it and they did not give permission for that person to take their art and are currently attempting to submit a DCMA report.
I talked to the scammer, posing as a person wanting to buy art, and asked for examples of their work. They showed me an example that included my artwork, again. But they photoshopped the original watermark out of the photo and the title of the artwork out of the photo, and then placed THEIR false watermark on our artwork. They then offered $200 for a similar piece of work to the art that belonged me, they also showed several other pieces of stolen work. I asked their their payment information, collected their info, which is how I tied it to the first scammer, and then confronted them, telling them it’s my art that they stole, shortly they after I was blocked, before they unblocked me to delete all of their messages, and then blocked me again. But not before I had already screenshot all of their photos.
