Scam Description
they were misleading saying that the medical alert system had fall detection. It did not. I never opened the box, instead i looked at reviews which were quiet alarming. Called them several times. They reduced the monthly fee, but I did not want that. Told them misleading information, that i would report them to government regulatory agency, BBB. Medicare, and bank.. . They stll refused to refund deposit. ,
All I wanted was to return device for a refund. (This all occurred during the free trial offered) They told me NO WAY that they would refund the charge, even if i reported them
