Scam Description
I placed an order for three shirts on February 10th from the company’s website, shopthehoney.com. I found the company through an ad on facebook. The website seemed legit and Paypal was an option for payment, so I stupidly took a chance. The shipping information on the website said 9-15 days to receive the order. I had not received the order or tracking information so I emailed customer support on 2/23/23. Amy from support sent me a tracking number for a package that shipped on 2/23/23. I received that package on 3/3/23 with one of the three shirts I ordered. There was no tag at all in the shirt and the quality was very low for the boutique price I paid. I emailed Amy at support back on 3/3/23 to let her know that I had only received one of the three ordered shirts. She again sent me a tracking number with a shipping date of 3/3/23 for the order. I received that order on 3/10/23. Once again, only one shirt arrived and this time the quality was even worse. The shirt was described on the website as cotton and a completely sheer top arrived again with no tag of any kind. At that point, I submitted a complaint to Paypal and that process is still ongoing. I have still not received the third shirt I ordered. The name of the person communicating with Paypal along with the paper that came in one of the two packages is written in Chinese, so I doubt the company is located in London, England as the website states. This website is a scam!
