Scam Description
applied for another loan for $10,000. The name of this loan company is Advance America. Their phone number is 803-993-8585. The loan officer is Richard Hunt. I’m not aware of him getting into my account but I can’t be positive.
Richard Hunt had me get a prepaid Visa card and put $400 on it for insurance purposes. Then he wanted $200 more and then he asked for $1,000. This doesn’t make any sense I was looking for a loan not somebody to pay with my funds. I paid him $400 and I have asked for him to give me back my $400.
