Scam Description
This used to be a trusted platform but now they require a “premium membership” fee before they will attempt to process your bank refunds. It’s all well and good if they try and can’t help but these guys literally don’t try at all! The website will not work. They can not provide the services they are taking your money for and you can not get in touch with someone about anything. I have sent multiple emails out over and over to get some sort or resolution on this and no one gets back to me. The photo attached is a screen shot of the most recent attempt I’ve made but it literally gives me the same error message no matter what day or time of day, no matter what cell or Wi-Fi connection, no matter what. I’ve disconnected my bank and then reconnected it. Nothing and no answers or help to resolve this. I’m sick of trying. they owe a lot of people their money back if they can’t provide the service people are paying for
