Scam Description
I received a call from a guy who was asking to speak with me using my maiden name. He asked me to verify my identity as he had a complaint that was being filed in their office against me. I told hi mI woulnd’t verify anything and hung up. Then my husband got the came call, and he said you have the wrong number. The next day, my son got a text, saying This is Jimmy Santer, and I am calling to follow up on a case number To get a copy of teh compalint or discuss teh pending action, I can respond to the legal department at I needed to call and left a reference phone number 855-512-2202. deposited message 419-0273-9196, , and 469-982-5003, and at the bottom of the message there is a picture of a little black and white pic of a boy saying “I am going to f*(& you up”. This is frightening. I don’t owe anything to anyone.
