Scam Description
I had purchased a dog from a breeder in Ohio, they sent me the tracking information saying the delivery would be done through xpress parcel and pet movers. The delivery company kept emailing me to send them money for things the dog needed and they did and agreement form saying I would get a refund once the delivery was made but the delivery was supposed to be done yesterday it’s been 24hrs since the promised delivery date and have yet to receive a response I’ve only gotten more emails about them wanting more money. I signed a “Refund Agreements” on 10.12.24 which reads: “Xpress parcel and movers are here acknowledging the full refund of $1100 paid to pet avaiation $700 paid for a local Crate, $1500 paid for the state permit and CVI, and $1000 owed to an auto electronic crate fora total of $4300 that will only be reimbursed to (me) at the time of Luna’s delivery. Note the money cannot be paid to any other person except the name identification in the agreement.” Signed by Wake Williams manager.
