I went into Boost Mobile I have four lines I was told I would get one more line for a total of $150 it would be five lines for $150 mind you I was paying $129 for four lines my bill is due tomorrow I happen to check my account they added insurance without my consent they also added me for another type of plan I did not sign up for not to mention they went and completely rearrange and change the prices of my four lines that I had for years now and made it higher these women are not honest they are not trustworthy with your information the people at this Boost Mobile I am warning every single person here this is not the first time these employees have done this they are Infamous at doing this to people they take people for granted they smoke weed when you’re in the store it is so unprofessional I am actually shocked that they’re able to represent Boost Mobile and have those employees there scamming and lying to people and we are trusting them with our personal information now I’m worried about my social and other info because they are not honest people they are Liars please to anyone listening do not I repeat do not trust these people at this store with any of your information do not trust their word they are Compulsive Liars when you go to a store to buy a service they are supposed to be honest with you these people lie and then go in your account and add what they want to add and you have to fight and argue just to try and get it situated they are not professional and they should not be handling people’s sensitive information
