Scam Description
We received an email claiming that someone else has initiated the process for trademark registration of our business name and that litigation costs range from $120k to $750k. The individual has registered a BBB account claiming to be at 1077 W Cordova St. Shaw Tower, Vancouver BC. The area code is incorrect for that street and the area code for the phone number is for San Fernando Valley.
