Scam Description
I purchased a pair of sunglasses from the website. After entering payment information, and confirming purchase, a pop-up said they were on backorder. After a few weeks, I tried to contact them asking for a delivery date. I used the ‘contact us’ button on their website. I sent several messages via that button, but never received a call back or contact of any kind. When I looked at my credit card bill, I checked the phone number associated with the charge. It was for a retail payment collection company. I have not been able to find any other information about the Moodysonline company. The site is no longer findable with Google search. And, of course, I have never received the sunglasses I paid for.
