Scam Description
Facebook group Sheepadoodle for rehoming and adoption posted pictures of dogs she had for adoption. I inquired about one dog. She asked for $700 for the dog and agree to arrange shipping for $300. She said the shipper was reliable and she had used before. When the day to ship arrived she gave me a contact person at https://beexppress.com/. This is a website for global shipping, The contact Jeo Moore messaged me I would need to pay $500 via Paypal for a crate to ship the dog with the money returned when the dog was delivered. Four hours later he said he needed $800 for insurance. He sent me a form to fill out for reimbursement.I refused to pay and told the owner. She said she paid $300 if I could cover the rest. I declined. The contact at beexppress.com confirmed she had paid which is when I realized they worked together on the scam. When I asked if she had the dog she said she was still at the shipping place with a nanny caring for her at $100 a day and I needed to pay $400 and she would pick her up.
