Scam Description
This letter was very official looking and said “Final Notice.” It claimed that I have not contacted their office about home warranty coverage, and it referenced my real mortgage loan and bank. It may be a legitimate company trying to recruit home warranty customers, but it looks like a bank notice with only a contact phone number (no business email, website, or physical address). The company name only appears in small type at the very bottom of the page which makes it appear to be a notice from my bank.
