Scam Description
This is identical to letters that others have reported. A Google search on ‘Wade Grant home warranty scam’ brought me to your website. I’ve had previous letters which I did not keep; this one was marked “Final Notice”. No company name or address given, but the office hours are in CST.
I noticed the fine print about “We are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder”. I don’t actually have a current mortgage holder–my house is paid off.
