Scam Description
I signed up for a monthly subscription to Langskip Coffee through their website, langskipcoffee.com. It clearly states on the subscription page that one may “Cancel at any time with no hidden fees”.
I received the first shipment of the coffee, was charged the agreed price, but decided to cancel.
The problem is, there is no option to cancel the subscription anywhere on Langskip’s website. I find no page link to check account status, check orders, or update subscription settings.
I’ve sent two emails to the only email address I can find on the site, HELLO@LANGSKIPCOFFEE.COM, and have also tried contacting them through the contact us page on the site but have received no response. I’ve also had family members try to contact them, assuming they are screening my email address, but no response from Langskip.
I’m not sure how it’ll play out when my subscription is set to renew, but what I do know is that Langskip has my credit card information and will not respond to my emails requesting subscription cancellation.
