Scam Description
Postcard in the mail offering free cruise on Carnival. Royal Caribbean or Norwegian did not state the company offering the cruise or why. It doesn’t give a date, just says 2024 “Tour & Travel Event.” Recipient is told to call and provide RSVP code from postcard.
