Scam Description
This is my second Complaint on these individuals. I reported this matter on 9-20-2024, and now today 9-24-2024. I don’t answer numbers I do not know. This Stacy called my Cell phone yesterday, saying my case was red flagged and they transferred my case to effectuate service. I have no cases pending in Criminal, or Civil. On Friday, this Stacy and her buddies quoted a fake case number 2024-563364. I have looked this Bogus case up on every Court Portal and to no surprise, it’s fake.
The message yesterday from Stacy said that her Legal Firm will act further in legal proceedings, if I do not comply and call back immediately. Or Legal proceedings would be held without my knowledge.
I’m not that stupid to fall for these petty games that are being played.
The other numbers that she said to call back on is 833-364-0940 and 202-456-3364.
If these scammers attempt to call me back again, I surely will file another report.
