I have messaged this person/company MULTIPLE times, thru their website msg system&replying to the 1 & only email they sent me on 07/09/2024
” Your order has been confirmed
Order Status: Success
Products *************************** ****** ***** * ******* ** *** **** * ****** ***** *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** ****** ***** * ******* ** *** **** * ****** ***** ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** ****** ***** * ******* ** *** **** * ****** *** ******************************************************************************************************************************* We will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible”
They have NVR responded to my request for info & tracking when it clearly says on their About Us page…
1. Delivery Lead Time: We’ll send out your parcel within 2 working days after receiving your payment.
2. Quality Guaranteed: Professional quality controllers to supervise the production to make sure our quality is the best.
5. Product Quality: With QC to check the quality of the goods, and also if bad quality, we will refund.
6. After-Sales Service: Keep tracking customer parcel’s situations.
8. Compensation: Any product problem, we will make compensation within two business days after confirming your payment.
(I omitted things that don’t apply to my issue with this “person/company”)
They have NVR reached out to me with ANY info so I’m not sure how ANY1 gets “compensation” or how they “will refund” if they NVR respond to emails or website msgs!!
