Scam Description
Initially the scammer called my office stating they would return call at a later date to discuss investigation against my license. I missed another call today so I returned call and they proceeded to tell me that they found drugs, guns and 6-7 international accounts linked to my name and nurse practitioner license. They stated the FBI and DEA were involved and this was very serious and I needed to cooperate. I told them this was not me. They said to cooperate and not tell anyone as they needed to find the person if someone was stealing my identity and they would call me back in a few hours.
