Scam Description
I received a call that I was approved for a loan from $2000 – $8000. They sent a agreement for me to sign and asked for my ID. After that she stated that since my credit was lower than 700 I needed to either purchase insurance for $283 or pay 5% of the loan amount upfront which was $100. If I paid by debit or credit card it would take like 12 days to process but if I paid with a ebay card it would be processed in 30 minutes and it would be refunded to me within 2 days. At that point I started doing my research.
