Scam Description
The company showed us their beds when we went in person, with bases as well. They spoke very highly of their product and we were so excited to get our new bed. Once the bed came it was not nearly as comfortable as the ones we tried in person, and the adjustable base constantly has problems (over just one week!) and only has tech warranty for the first year. They told us the base is non refundable, but how can i keep a base that only works part of the time when I spent so much money invested into it. The part of this scam I truly believe, is that they KNOW the bases will have issues and that is the reason they make them final sale- they don’t want those pieces of junk back either. I have spoken with several support people (up to 5 reps at this point), all have told some sort of lie. I have caught them because when I speak to the next person, I confirm what the last person said and/or ask them to review my profile of past calls and they ALWAYS say the last person said or did something wrong. I just want this stupid base returned as it is NOT what they said it would be. They actually never even let us use the base settings ourself in store and now I know why.
