My IP attorney did a check. No one has tried to register “Iverson Consulting Group” and if we did want to register it as a trademark the words “Consulting Group” would be considered descriptive and so the focus would be on the word “Iverson”, which is primarily a surname and it would be rejected.
He confirmed for me that Trademark Excellence is a scam site offering scam services.
