Scam Description
We received a scam form in our regular USPS mail. It looks like an official Annual Report Instruction Form for 2025 for New Jersey LLCs and after speaking with my accountants, this form was meant to deceive me and I was told to shred and dispose of it. They want to charge us $195.00, plus $25 for any additional changes to file this form which we already do but the main concern and issue here is it looks as if it is a normal charge from the state of NJ.
This is clearly meant to imitate a state filing form and deceive its recipients.
