Scam Description
website disguised as Costco wholesale, I ordered a window a/c, after i received the confirmation email and days after a tracking number, however the route on their tracking number shows nothing, I contacted the seller and then I noticed never replied as Costco, they kept telling me to wait 20 days since the item had been sent from a foreign country, they never gave me other answer that wait. on August the 14th 2024 I received the following email.
Dear customer
Sorry for the inconvenience
We got news that your package may be lost by the logistics company. Besides, your order is out of stock now, so we can’t send it to you again.
Although they made a mistake, but as a seller, we are responsible for the package you didn’t receive.
For decreasing your loss, we will apply for 40% refund for you.
How about that?

I replied I wanted 100% refund and never received anything, besides that I noticed they kept my card info for recurring payments according to the message of my bank.
Once you confirm the order the website change to casstoc.com. They re-route to different websites.
