Scam Description
The company called me saying that I needed to pay an extra $240 plus dollars because the flight reservation I made was “restrictive” due to the special fare. They were saying things against airline policy. The booking ID stated my card had not been charged yet and I told the representative not to charge my card because I would look for another flight. The site did not clearly state that the reservation was “restrictive” nor told me that I could not make any changes later on, such as adding a carry-on bag. I told both the representative and the manager not to charge my account. Manager did not provide the business address as I requested, he told me to get it from the website, and I informed him the website does not list the business address.
