Scam Description
I order from Aylifun a black dress that had sleves with a cut on the shoulder area, a pair of boots and a belt. The dress I received was sleeveless very poor quality, the boots where not even something similar to the one I ordered. The belt was cut in to 3 pieces and missing parts. It was a metal belt. 1st the order took for ever to ship like 2 months and that’s after I emailed them because they dont have any other form of contact on the website. And they said it was because they had an item out of stock. I clearly told them in the email that if the order didn’t ship by the following Friday I did not want the order because I had no need for it and refund my money. They didn’t refund my money, a week after the Friday I specially told them that i did not want the product if not available by that date, they still shipped the order. When I received the order the dress and boots was not even what I had ordered and the belt was broken into 3 pieces. I emaild them and told them I wanted my refund and for them to send me a refund label for shipping because this was obviously not my fault these where not the items I had ordered and second I had already asked for a refund before even the items shipped. They refused to send me a shipping label or give me a refund. And they want me to pay for shipping when its obviously not on me, now they dont even answer my emails.
