Scam Description
Received a letter in the mail with a deadline to call by 7/30/2024. Company name not identified – just says Lender Info: JPMorgan Chase BK NA. Called and the rep’s sarcasm alerted me to a scam as well as the letter saying FINAL NOTICE when i never received an earlier one. I called Chase Bank and they confirmed that they are not involved with this letter and that I should not respond to it.
