The individual called and claimed his name was Rich. He sounded as though English was not his first language. He was trying to tell me that if I purchased a $500 Walgreen’s “Money Pack Scratch” card and provided it to them, I would be in receipt of millions of dollars. When I questioned things he then attempted to transfer me to his “manager” named John White
